The Container Anaerobic Treatment Digester is composed of a stainless steel anaerobic reactor and a 20ft container. The anaerobic reactor is constructed of double layer of 304 stainless steel plates with 5cm thick foam insulation layer installed between, and it has a heat exchanger, a temperature controlling device，a PH sensor, and a circulating pump installed. The volume of a single anaerobic reactor is 32m3. Biological fermentation of organic waste under anaerobic conditions is accompanied by the release of biogas, which can be used to produce heat or electricity. The material that remains after fermentation of organic raw materials and distillation of biogas is subjected to drying and composting, after which it can be used as an organic fertilizer.
